102 Sitting and Seating
Finally! Sitting still is OUT! In this class, another OSG basic, you will learn the principles and techniques behind sitting actively. You will discover how to sit in a state of dynamic equilibrium supported, light, fluid and energized. You will survey a maze of seat designs and learn to select a seat that matches your structure and your task. You will begin to understand chair-ology the art and science of sitting and seating.

103 With Firm Footing
Try this! Stop your struggle to stand up straight! In this class you will find yourself standing firm and tall without undue effort. You will learn how to establish a secure base of support for your body from your feet on up. You will find a new freedom as your body balances easily on top of your foundation. Your stance will feel supported both from below and from within. You will be strong, confident and ready for action. Be true to Gravity when standing in line.

104 Walking in Gravity's Favor
Get Hooked on Walking! In this class you will add a new dimension to your walk. You might even notice a spring in your step. You will learn to identify and change those habits that - unknown to you now - make your walking more difficult than need be. You will learn the art of taking steps that are secure and buoyant. You will assess your physical stature, movement habits and computing requirements. You will learn to sit without strain. You will consider your seat selection and determine an optimal workstation layout. Back in your own office, you will be able to evaluate and design your workstation to fit you "just right".
