Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel an appointment please do so a minium of 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Late Arrival: Please inform OSG if your late arrival will be 15 minutes or more.

Muni Bus Lines: 
Muni bus line 27 Bryant and 42 Van Ness stop at 2000 Van Ness Ave. 
Muni bus line 1 California stops at Clay and/or Sacramento, 2 - 3 blocks south of 2000 Van Ness Ave.  

Parking:
Street Parking:  Metered parking is available on Jackson Street, 2 hour parking, and Van Ness Avenue, 1 hour parking.
Parking Garage:  1650 Jackson Street 1/2 block from the Medical Arts Building. Private parking is available, rates vary.
Disability Parking:  Please let me know if you need Disabled Parking. It is available within the Medical Arts Building.
