M.A. Molnar

Mary Ann Molnar, known as "M. A.," has admired the phenomenon of balance and the beauty of human motion since youth. She received her Master of Science degree from the Graduate Physical Therapy Curriculum at Case Western University in 1970 and learned early on that healing is a process facilitating systemic change, rather than a simplified elimination of "problematic" symptoms.

In 1980 Mary Ann became the first physical therapist to study with Judith Aston, developer of Aston-Patterning bodywork and continued with her until 1992. By this time, she realized that injury and discomfort frequently result from a misunderstanding and misuse of Gravity's forces. "M. A." has since discovered how we experience Gravity-at-Work through movement. At On Solid GroundSM "M. A." assists individuals to discover Gravity's rewards: stability, strength, stamina and stature.

As a physical therapist, "M. A." has pondered three questions that are central to the mission of On Solid GroundSM.
First, What factors influence and ultimately determine human balance and wholeness?
Secondly, What actions must we take to live in such a state?
Thirdly, What contribution does Gravity make to our personal state of wellness?
In your sessions together, "M. A." will help you answer these questions.

"M. A." founded On Solid GroundSM in 1999, after being in private practice for twenty years. She now treats and educates others in understanding the principles and strategies of the S.W.E.E.T.sm System, a therapeutic approach she has developed that facilitates health and integrity and reduce discomfort. The specific treatment methods used by On Solid GroundSM adhere to these principles. "M. A." continues to help people overcome injuries, accidents and limitations in their pursuit of optimal health.
